Step preview

  1. Add pear, vanilla extract, granulated sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling - high heat
  3. Simmer - 15 min
  4. Strain with sieve and set aside
  5. Add vodka and lemon to a clean cocktail shaker
  6. Add syrup to cocktail
  7. Fill with ice
  8. Shake vigorously
  9. Strain cocktail into cocktail glass
  10. Garnish with pear
