Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 179°C
  2. Add butter, golden caster sugar, light brown sugar, egg, brown rice flour, baking soda and cocoa powder to a clean food processor bowl
  3. Blitz until smooth
  4. Stir dark chocolate chips and form into a ball
  5. Dust a clean work surface lightly with brown rice flour
  6. Transfer dough to the work surface and divide into balls with dough scraper
  7. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  8. Place each piece of dough on the baking sheet and press down gently with the back of a fork
  9. Bake - 10 min, 179°C
  10. Let cool until hard - 5 min
  11. Let cool on round wire rack until completely cool
