Step preview

  1. Bring water to boil in a clean large saucepan
  2. Add salt and fusilli and cook until al dente ~ 8min
  3. Add tomato, garlic clove, pine nuts and arugula to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Pour olive oil and mix
  5. Add salt & pepper
  6. Drain and mix in pasta to the bowl with pesto
  7. Garnish with some basil leaves and serve
