Chocolate peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate chunks - not-too-sweet, crisp on the outside and chewy inside, and topped with extra chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt. This recipe makes a lot of cookies - which is a good thing, because they'll disappear before you know it.

Step preview
- Add unsalted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
- Mix well
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough and mix
- Add sea salt, cocoa powder and all purpose flour to the dough
- Add baking soda to a clean baking sheet
- Mix dough well
- Add dark chocolate to the dough and mix
- Chill in fridge - 1 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 191°C
- Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet
- Bake and let cool - 10 min, 191°C
- Add dark chocolate to a clean small bowl
- Melt in microwave
- Pipe chocolate mixture onto baking sheet
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Leave until set
