  • Double cream icon

Step preview

  1. Add vegetable stock to a clean large saucepan and bring to boil
  2. Add gnocchi and cook until tender - 3 min
  3. Add gorgonzola cheese, double cream and nutmeg
  4. Stir until completely melted
  5. Turn the spinach with the gnocchi and sauce until wilted
  6. Season with black pepper and serve
