- Soy sauce

- Add onion, ginger, white wine vinegar, star anise pod and cinnamon stick to a clean medium bowl
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Chill overnight
- Get a clean slow cooker bowl
- Add tea and water to the slow cooker bowl
- Brew - 3 min
- Remove
- Add pork ribs to the slow cooker bowl
- Transfer marinade to slow cooker bowl and cover
- Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
- Cook in slow cooker - 8 hr, low heat
- Line a clean baking sheet with foil
- Pre-heat in broiler - medium-high heat
- Add soy sauce and honey to a clean small bowl
- Mix with tablespoon until well combined
- Transfer pork to baking sheet
- Transfer glaze to meat evenly
- Broil in broiler until browned - 15 min, medium-high heat
- Serve
