Pasta and garlic mayonnaise might seem like an unusual combination, but seafood and garlic mayonnaise go well together so it works beautifully here. Spoon creamy dollops of the punchy garlic mayonnaise on top of the pasta to serve.

- 225 g

- Canned chopped tomatoes
- 395 g

- Mayonnaise
- 95 g

Large cast iron skillet
Step preview
- Heat olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
- Add onion to the large cast iron skillet
- Cook until soft - 5 min
- Add garlic clove to the pasta
- Cook - 1 min
- Stir in fennel seeds, smoked paprika and pasta to the pasta
- Stir until coated - 1 min
- Pour canned chopped tomatoes and fish stock into the pasta
- Season with salt & pepper
- Boil
- Simmer - 10 min
- Add squid, mussels and shrimps to the pasta
- Cook until cooked through - 5 min
- Add mayonnaise and garlic clove to a clean medium bowl
- Mix with tablespoon
- Serve pasta
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley
