Step preview

  1. Grease the clean ramekins with butter
  2. Press sliced ham into the ramekins
  3. Divide tomato chutney between the ramekins
  4. Add egg, cherry tomatoes and scallion to the ramekins
  5. Season with salt & pepper
  6. Spoon butter into the ramekins
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Add water to a clean slow cooker bowl halfway
  9. Cook ramekins in slow cooker until set and cover - 50 min, high heat
  10. Remove
  11. Serve with bread slices
