Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Add water and salt to a clean saucepan
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large cast iron skillet
  6. Add button mushrooms
  7. Cook while stirring occasionally - 5 min, medium heat
  8. Stir in gorgonzola cheese, mascarpone cheese and sour cream to the mixture
  9. Add fresh chives to the mixture
  10. Season with salt & pepper and add broccoli
  11. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  12. Layer with puff pastry
  13. Brush with egg
  14. Bake until crispy - 25 min, 220°C
  15. Serve immediately
