Step preview

  1. Add chili flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin seeds, sea salt, garlic powder, black peppercorns and cinnamon stick to a clean frying pan
  2. Toast in frying pan until fragrant - medium-high heat
  3. Let cool slightly
  4. Transfer spices to TM5 bowl
  5. Add cacao nibs and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  6. Blitz with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  7. Store in airtight container until use
