Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, mint leaves and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the TM5 bowl
  2. Chop with MC in place - approx 6 sec, speed 5
  3. Then add lemon and greek yogurt to the TM5 bowl
  4. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  5. Scrape out into a bowl
  6. Stir through remaining yoghurt and cucumber
  7. Cover with plastic wrap
  8. Chill in fridge
