Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Add coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a clean saucepan
  4. Warm - low heat
  5. Add ground almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, cacao nibs, almonds, baking soda and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Add orange
  7. Transfer wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  8. Mix until well combined
  9. Add almond milk to the batter - if necessary
  10. Shape into rounds
  11. Transfer cookies to 2 baking sheets
  12. Bake until golden brown approx 12 min, 150°C
  13. Let cool - approx 10 min
