Dessert soup? Yes absolutely, cue the best vanilla ice cream around and you will just love this one. Cool slightly before serving with a scoop of gelato and a little cracked black pepper over the gelato. Add a dash of Crème de Fraise or other fruit liqueur of choice.

Step preview

  1. Add orange zest and dark brown sugar to the TM bowl
  2. Blitz with MC on - 5 sec, speed 9
  3. Then add orange juice to the TM bowl
  4. Cook - 6 min, Varoma, speed 1
  5. Then add rhubarb, strawberries, orange juice, ground cinnamon and vanilla bean paste to the TM bowl
  6. Cook - 13 min, 100°C, speed 2
  7. Blend with MC on - 1 min, speed 8
  8. Cool slightly before serving with a scoop of gelato and a little cracked black pepper over the gelato
