Step preview

  1. Add bread flour, egg and salt to the TM5 bowl
  2. Blend with MC on - 6 sec, speed 6
  3. Knead - approx 3 min, dough (Interval)
  4. Remove dough from bowl, wrap and rest for at least 30 minutes
  5. Using a pasta roller, roll and laminate the pasta dough several times before cutting into desired pasta shape
  6. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for approximately 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  7. Toss through the sauce of choice and serve with plenty of grated parmesan cheese
