Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line the clean rectangular tart pans with shortcrust pastry
  3. Sprinkle with speck and red onion
  4. Add parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese to the TM5 bowl
  5. Blitz with MC in place 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Transfer contents of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  7. Add egg, cream cheese, milk and nutmeg to the TM5 bowl
  8. Blend with MC in place 30 sec, speed 8
  9. Transfer half of the contents of small bowl to TM5 bowl
  10. Stir with MC in place 6 sec, speed 6
  11. Pour contents of TM5 bowl into the pastry
  12. Add grape tomato to the pastry
  13. Bake until light golden - 35 min, 160°C
  14. Add mozzarella cheese to the pastry
  15. Bake until melted
  16. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and grape tomato
  17. Serve
