Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Make dough by putting cream cheese, flour and soda water into Thermomix bowl
  3. Knead - approx 1 min, to bring the dough to a workable consistency
  4. Using extra flour, and a rolling pin, roll dough into a rectangle
  5. Spread dough with pizza paste, and then pesto to taste
  6. Then sprinkle with diced onion, finely chopped garlic and basil leaves
  7. Roll dough over on itself
  8. Grease a clean ceramic baking dish
  9. Cut the dough into rounds, turn scroll side up and put into buttered ceramic dish
  10. Push a cherry tomato or two into the middle of each scone
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan
  12. Bake until light golden - 25 min, 160°C
