Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Mix until smooth
  4. Add parmesan cheese, sea salt, fresh thyme and black pepper to the large mixing bowl
  5. Mix until just combined
  6. Add all purpose flour to the dough gradually while mixing
  7. Form into a ball
  8. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  9. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  10. Roll out on lightly-floured surface
  11. Cut into squares
  12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  13. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 170°C
  14. Transfer onto cooling rack
