Step preview

  1. Add olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper and scallion to a clean large resealable plastic bag
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Add salmon filet to the bag
  4. Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes to overnight
  5. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  6. Transfer fish to glass baking dish
  7. Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes
  8. To make the glaze, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and sesame seeds in a small bowl
  9. Serve salmon immediately with honey ginger glaze
