Step preview
- Add olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper and scallion to a clean large resealable plastic bag
- Mix until combined
- Add salmon filet to the bag
- Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes to overnight
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Transfer fish to glass baking dish
- Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes
- To make the glaze, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and sesame seeds in a small bowl
- Serve salmon immediately with honey ginger glaze
