- Avocado
- 175 g

- White sugar
- 100 g

- Brown sugar

- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon

- Chocolate chips
- 170 g

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Add rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
- Mix until combined
- Add unsalted butter and avocado to a clean stand mixer bowl
- Beat until smooth
- Add white sugar and brown sugar to the dough
- Cream
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
- Beat
- Transfer half of dry ingredients to dough
- Mix carefully
- Transfer the rest of dry ingredients to dough
- Mix carefully
- Add chocolate chips to the dough and fold in
- Form into balls
- Transfer dough to baking sheet
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Bake and let cool - 10 min, 190°C
