Glazed donuts filled and topped with sprinkles. These funfetti donuts are baked, not fried and are so simple to make! (Adapted from Sally's Baking Addiction)

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 175°C
- Add egg, milk and greek yogurt to a clean medium bowl
- Whisk together until smooth
- Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients
- Whisk gently until just combined then set aside
- Add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
- Mix well until combined
- Transfer wet ingredients to batter
- Stir gently until combined
- Mix in sprinkles to the batter gently
- Grease a clean mini doughnut pan
- Pipe batter onto mini doughnut pan
- Bake and let cool - 9 min, 175°C, middle rack
- Add milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract to a clean saucepan
- Heat until lukewarm
- Whisk until smooth
- Glaze
- Decorate with sprinkles
