This is a new and improved recipe from my popular "Lighten Up" program. If you want to make it go even further and share with the family you can add some whole rolled oats (approx. 100g) before or after roasting. However, this will no longer be gluten or grain-free (unless you have access to GF oats) and will be higher in carbohydrates.
