This is a new and improved recipe from my popular "Lighten Up" program. If you want to make it go even further and share with the family you can add some whole rolled oats (approx. 100g) before or after roasting. However, this will no longer be gluten or grain-free (unless you have access to GF oats) and will be higher in carbohydrates.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 140°C
  2. Add raw cashews, almonds, walnuts and medjool dates to the TM5 bowl
  3. Blitz with MC in place - approx 2 sec, turbo
  4. Then add hemp seeds, buckwheat groats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, vanilla bean paste, ground cinnamon and coconut oil to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix - approx 20 sec, reverse speed 3
  6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to baking sheet
  7. Bake - 10 min, 140°C
  8. Stir
  9. Bake - 10 min, 140°C
  10. Add dried cranberries and goji berries
  11. Let cool completely
  12. Store in plastic container
