Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add coconut oil, coconut sugar, honey, vanilla bean paste, pink himalayan salt and dark chocolate chips to the TM5 bowl
  3. Cook - approx 5 min, 60°C, speed 2
  4. Then add shredded coconut and puffed rice to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix - approx 6 sec, reverse speed 2
  6. Press mixture into baking sheet
  7. Refrigerate in fridge until needed
  8. Cut
  9. Serve
