Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add carrots to a clean saucepan
  3. Boil until tender and strain - approx 5 min
  4. Add baking spray to a clean baking dish
  5. Add egg white, protein powder, baking powder, stevia, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to a clean large mixing bowl and mix
  6. Add oats to the large mixing bowl and continue mixing
  7. Transfer mashed carrots to large mixing bowl and mix well
  8. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking dish
  9. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  10. Remove
  11. Add frosting to a clean small bowl and mix
  12. Transfer frosting to baked oats
  13. Serve
