Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add water and potato to the kCook bowl
  5. Season
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C
  9. Drain content of kCook bowl into medium bowl
  10. Mash with potato masher then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  17. Then add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Slice onion and carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Add ground beef to the kCook bowl
  22. Season
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 3
  24. Then add tomato purée and white wine to the kCook bowl
  25. Cook with filler cap removed - 35 min, 98°C, speed 1
  26. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  27. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  28. Transfer potatoes to ceramic baking dish
  29. Add parmesan cheese to the ceramic baking dish
  30. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  31. Serve
