  6. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 80°C, speed 2
  7. Then add spinach and double cream to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 7 min, 90°C, speed 3
  9. Season to taste
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 6 min, 104°C, speed 3
  11. Serve
