  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan
  3. Add all purpose flour and baking powder to a clean medium bowl
  4. Whisk together
  5. Add unsalted butter and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Cream until smooth
  7. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  8. Add vanilla extract and whisk until combined
  9. Transfer wet ingredients to butter-sugar mixture and mix until combined
  10. Add dry ingredients to batter and mix until combined
  11. Add peaches and plums to the batter
  12. Mix gently until combined
  13. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  14. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 175°C
  15. Dust with powdered sugar
